The surface treatment of aluminum profiles is to improve its appearance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance and other properties. Common surface treatment methods for aluminum profiles include the following:

 

Anodizing: Enhances the corrosion resistance and hardness of aluminum by forming an oxide film on its surface. Anodizing can form different colors of oxide film, providing a rich choice of appearance.

Electrophoretic Coating: Electrophoretic coating is formed by suspending charged paint particles in water and depositing them on the aluminum surface. This method results in a uniform, corrosion-resistant coating that can be selected in a variety of colors.

 

Powder Coating: Powder coatings are electrostatically sprayed onto pre-treated aluminum surfaces, then melted and cured under heat to form a coating. Powder coating offers a wide range of color options and excellent weathering resistance.

Mechanical Polishing: Aluminum surfaces are brightened and smoothed by mechanical means, such as grinding and polishing, to improve their appearance.

 

Chemical Chrome Plating: Plating a layer of chromium on the surface of aluminum to improve its corrosion resistance, luster and hardness.

 

Sandblasting: Using high-pressure sandblasting technology, abrasives are sprayed on the aluminum surface to remove impurities and improve surface quality.

 

These surface treatments can be selected depending on specific needs to achieve the desired appearance and performance requirements.
